SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping

Please allow 4-7 business days for Standard Shipping and ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us. If your email address is known to us, you will receive emails from USPS informing you of any updates on your package. Please allow 24-48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.

If someone is not at the location to accept the package, it may be returned to sender after one attempt depending on the delivery service.

Priority Shipping

The Priority option will be shipped through USPS and may be handed off to the local post office for delivery using UPS Mail Innovations. Please allow 2-4 business days for Priority Shipping. Please allow 48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping (Express Next-Day and 2nd day Shipping) is available to contiguous USA customers only. Expedited Shipping orders must be placed before 5PM EST for it to go out the same day. Expedited Shipping orders placed on Friday after 5PM EST – Monday 7PM EST will arrive on Tuesday. Express Next-Day Shipping costs an additional $18 and will be delivered by 7 PM the next business day. 2nd Day Shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

Standard Shipping

Customer has 14 days of Customer Remorse Period from the date of purchase to return the product or products. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to every device shipped back to the Almagia International® (the “MERCHANT”) during the Customer Remorse period. The device must be in its original condition and have all the original accessories, manuals, packaging materials, plastics, etc.

The MERCHANT does not accept (refunds money for) products purchased anywhere else but Almagia International. A restocking fee for products with missing parts, accessories, plastics, manuals or packaging, products returned with heavy wear and tear signs will be charged a restocking fee of 15% plus an additional.

We do NOT accept items that have been tampered with, such as items that are missing screws, cracked casing, disassembled items or items the warranty of which was voided in compliance with the MERCHANT Limited Warranty Agreement. All items shipped back to the MERCHANT must have a valid (“matching”) serial number and an “RA” (Return Authorization) request number; RA Number must be obtained through Customer Care. Please email Info@almagia.com for RA number you will receive a response with 1 business day. You may also contact Customer Care during normal business hours.

The MERCHANT does not cover incoming shipping costs associated with the RA, also, the MERCHANT is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipment and requires Shipping Insurance to be added to every item sent back to the MERCHANT as an “RA” or a refund request.

By purchasing products from the MERCHANT you agree to these terms and conditions, RA policy and money-back procedure conditions, restocking fees, shipping charges, shipping insurance policy and understand that the MERCHANT considers this a legally binding document and is not responsible nor carries any liability if the customer does not read its contents or does not understand the content of this document for any reason.
