Usually I never send my opinion about the products I buy. But today I broke that tradition. I decided that something unusual happened to us, something not typical for our time.
In 2019, friends advised us to buy an Almag for my wife, who suffers from joint pain. With great skepticism, we purchased this device in New York. Over time, my wife began using it almost every day and gradually came to believe in its effectiveness. Just in case, we decided to buy a second device as a backup.
In 2026, a crack appeared in the first device’s insulation, and my wife panicked. We took out the second device, turned it on, and to our surprise discovered that it did not work.
I decided to find the phone number in New York and call. And unexpectedly, they answered me, very kindly, in fact. The voice was the very same one. I told our story, and Elena immediately sent us a new device and asked us to send the defective one back.
Honestly, we were very impressed, both with Elena and with her company. This incident precisely prompted me to write words of gratitude and respect to Elena and her company.
